To start managing your users within your business account, please refer to the following instructions:
- Select your Avatar
- Select "Account Settings" in the dropdown menu
- Refer to the "Manager Users" tab
The Manage Users module allows you to manage all users accordingly under your business. The module gives you the ability to action the following:
- Edit Users
- Resend Welcome Email/Resetting Users Password
- Network Status Manager Permissions
Resetting Your Users Password:
To reset a users password, please see the below instructions:
- Select the 3-dots to the right of the user you wish to manage
- In the dropdown menu select "Resend Welcome Email"
- The user will receive an email and prompts to log into the system to change their password
Editing a User:
Through editing users you will have the ability to update the users: Role, First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Date of Birth. Please see the below instructions:
- Select the 3-dots to the right of the user you wish to manage
- In the dropdown menu select "Edit User"
- Complete the form with the appropriate details and press the "Save Changes" button
