Creating New Customer Accounts

  1. Go to Admin Panel tab in side menu to open the Admin Panel area
  2. Go to All Businesses
  3. Add new customer accounts by clicking the buttons at top of screen
    1. ADD REGISTRAR
      • The owner of the rolling stock data and record in the NRSR system. 
      • The Registrar for any given asset has the permission to edit rolling stock specifications and nominate which other accounts the rolling stock data should be shared with.
    2. ADD RSO (Rolling Stock Operator) 
      • The operator of the rolling stock asset as nominated by the Registrar
      • An RSO may also be the Registrar of an asset
    3. ADD RIM (Rail Infrastructure Manager)
      • The manager of the network that the rolling stock operates on, as nominated by the Registrar. 
      • A RIM has permission to assign network registration status for an asset as well as manage other RIM specific data associated with a given asset.
  4. Complete the add business dialog and submit. This will also add the first user for the business who will by default be the account owner for that business.
