Rolling Stock Verification

When rolling stock data is imported, a verification workflow will be triggered for nominated RSOs to acknowledge their RSO status and verify asset data. Similarly, a workflow will be triggered for applicable RIMs to acknowledge registration of the asset on the network and assign a registration status for each asset.
